blog suspended and I don't know why

  1. My blog has been suspended for 'violation of terms of service'. I don't know why. I alerted WordPress to this, and they sent me an email apologizing and said the blog would be reactivated.

    Now I see that when I navigate to, it's still suspended/archived. And yet I can get to the individual articles via RSS.

    What has happened, can someone (a human) help me.
