Blogroll widget

Go to Dashboard, then Blogroll, then Add Link. Alternatively, if they’re a WordPress blog you can just go to the site and go up to the top right-hand corner, where there’s a tab that says Blog Info: it’s a drop-down menu, and you just select Add to Blogroll.

Sounds like you need to follow timethief’s advice about the blogroll widget that she posted above.
