Bought Site Redirect TWICE. Where is it?

  1. I have bought Site Redirect TWICE and I don't see it Under Domains or Billing History.

    What could be wrong?

    Logged in as mirabaistarr, the only username, using a valid credit card, we have twice walked through the process of ordering Site Redirect.

    Yes, it doesn't show up in Domains or Upgrades. That's the problem - the purchase doesn't seem to go through, but we have no indication as to why.

  5. Are you trying to redirect your address to a domain with a site hosted elsewhere, or are you trying to add the domain to point to your site?

    If you have a different site and want to redirect your address to that site, please go to

  8. If you have a redirect, you shouldn't delete the site. Instead, the redirect will effectively hide it. If you delete the site, the redirect won't work. :)

    Please try the redirect purchase again and let me know how it goes.
