Need help? Check out our Support site, then uploading trouble

  1. Hi all!
I succesfully embed my widget, following the instructions in the FAQ section. Unfortunately I cannot upload any file from the widget sidebar, 'cause I cannot type the "@" sign in the e-mail form... (and this happens only to me in the widget sidebar)
    Any suggestion?
    Thanks in advance.

  2. Um, where specifically are you typing the '@' symbol? What page are you looking at when you try typing this? What is preventing you from typing it?

edit: I just did a text and I see wher you enter the @ key over on's site and it worked for me in IE6 without issue.

  3. I think it's a Firefox trouble: the "@" symbol appears correctely when I use IE6. Firefox doesn't allow me to type "@" in the log-in form of widget in the side bar. Instead of "@" appears "ò" (in my pad the "@" symbol is associated to alt gr+ò).

  4. Re: keeping the @ in links
    Is this helpful?

  5. Unfortunately not. I'll solve copying and pasting "@" from another page...
    Thanks to all!

  6. I'm glad to hear you solved this and that you shared how you did that - copying and pasting "@" from another page.
    Happy blogging :)
