Bueno theme – changing font colour on sidebar

I have changed my background colour and header and would like to change my sidebar font colour but can not find the place to do this.

The blog I need help with is elainethehill.wordpress.com.

No I’m sorry but there isn’t a free and easy way to change fonts. If you are expecting to be able to click a button and change fonts throughout your blog then it’s not that easily done. Any font changes to font families, colors and size in the blog title, tagline, post titles, page titles, sidebar widgets cannot be done without CSS editing. To change all font families, colors and sizes throughout the blog you must purchase an annually renewable CSS editing upgrade and doing the work yourself. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-css/

Thank you for your reply. Specifically the change I really want to make is to the colour of the date stamp on each blog and the underscoring on the sidebar. I seem to remember choosing these when I originally set them up so assumed I could change them. I was obviously wrong!

Have you tried going here > Appearance > Theme options and choosing a different color scheme? I suggest you try choosing the “green” color scheme there as I have tried it on my test blog and it presents a better appearance.

    Ahhhhh!!!! Briliant.

Thank you so much for your help and advice, that works exactly as I wanted it to. The text is a little pale perhaps but I am much happier with the colours now.

Thanks for posting this good news. I think it looks very nice now. As for the font being pale well, I’m visually challenged but have no difficulty reading it. You’re welcome and happy blogging! :)
