Bushwick Header Site Title Breaks Word

    Hi Guys,

It seems on smaller laptop screen sizes that the word “Everything”, which is the first word in the title of my blog, breaks into two lines. The first line shows “EVERYTHIN” and then the “G” appears on the second line. Is there a fix for this? Shouldn’t the title resize the font to avoid this from happening?

I took a screenshot to show you, linked here:

Just in case you’re wondering, I’m using Chrome on Crunchbang, a linux based OS.

The blog I need help with is muskokafood.wordpress.com.

I tried this themes when it was first introduced and discovered the same thing you point to. Since then there have been other threads as well. I’m tagging this thread for themes Staff attention. Please subscribe to this thread so your are notified when they reply.

Hi there, I’ll have our developers take a look at this and get back to you.

    Thank you.

I wanted to let you know that we’ve added some hyphenation rules on the site title so that longer words will hyphenate at lower resolutions. Hyphenation doesn’t yet work in Chrome, and it only works on words that are mixed case, not uppercase, as you have yours now.

My best suggestion is that you consider changing your site title from “EVERYTHING THAT IS FOOD” to “Everything That Is Food.” That’ll reduce the overall size, and also allow hyphenatation in browsers that support it.
