    can CSS make pingback text color be the same as the blog’s background color? I know the HEX color

    I don’t like the way pingbacks look ,so this idea (not sure if it’s a GOOD idea. your opinions are welcome) would make them “vanish” sort of.

    The blog I need help with is techmania411.net.

    Hi, can you approve one of your pingbacks and then let me know which one and I’d be happy to work out some code for you.

    Alternately, under Settings > Discussion, Default Article Settings, you can globally disable pingbacks if that would work for you. Not sure if you want them at all, or want them but just wish to hide them from visitor’s view.

    Thanks TSP, I’d love to simply hide pingbacks from any visitor.
    There’s at least one pingback that I know of in:

    Hi @neatandclean,

    If you want to hide pingbacks from visitors, you can use display: none; in css, rather than changing the text colour.

    .pingback {
        display: none;
    }

    I think the better option is to disable them rather than hiding them with css, as outlined by @thesacredpath

    How to add custom css:
