Can footer text span full width of footer?

There are three footer sections, but what I’d like is to allow my footer text widget to stretch the full width of the footer rather than being crammed into either left, middle, or right. Is there any way to do this WITHOUT using the CSS style sheets? I only have the free builder. Is it possible to insert CSS into the HTML for a specific page rather than the stylesheet? Thanks.
