Is it possible to add code for a button to link my wordpress site with the SpaBooker application? SpaBooker provides code for a button that can be added to the html code for a page, allowing a page to display a button, that when pressed, takes the user to an instance of SpaBooker.

The blog I need help with is scatterjoys.wordpress.com.

In order to provide you with a definitive answer you would have to post the widget code here into this forum thread between backticks so it display fully.

The backtick ` not to be confused with the single quote mark ‘ is located to the left of the number 1 key in lower case under the tilde ~ on your keyboard.

I am willing to wager that the button you refer to will not be pure HTML. It will be JavaScript or an iframe and we cannot use either on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

Thanks for your response, timethief. Unfortunately, I do not have the code for that button just yet. When I get it, I can post it. In the meantime, I have been in contact with a SpaBooker person and they have confirmed that WordPress blogs can use the SpaBooker button. However, as you have stated, that will require me to purchase a domain on WordPress.

Purchasing a custom domain has nothing to do with whether your blog is .com or .org. Your blog is WordPress.com. It cannot embed iframes or javascript, so if the button has those codes, you’re out of luck.
