Can I add another Title By the HOME and ABOUT ME

  I wonder if I can add another title at the top of the page where my HOME and ABOUT ME is.
  I would like to add a “Training” title and add training blogs in this – do you know if its possible and how I can do it.

  You can add as many static Pages and sub-pages as you wish and create hierarchical order of parent pages to child sub-pages . Please see here for instructions > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/

  You’re welcome. :) You may also want to check out custom menus > see here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/ Custom menus enable us to include Categories with drop-downs to sub-categories, Pages with drop-downs to sub-pages, and Custom Links in the horizontal menu where without a custom menu only only Pages are
  displayed.
