  I have registered http://rcspdblog.wordpress.com with you. can you help me change that to http://pdrcsblog.wordpress.com?

  since you have no real content in the original blog – just register the new name and use the original blog for practice – or if you change your mind the original blog name will still be available – no charge for a second blog

  Dashboard >> Home >> My Blogs >> Register a new blog

  If you use the original blog for practice – set it to private
  Dashboard >> Settings >> Reading >> Visible to only those I choose
