  I have imported the entire blog from Blogger, except for one post (which has a comment and links, etc.) Is there a way to import just one post from Blogger?

  No and yes. Yes and no.
  If you empty the entire Blogger blog of all contents, except the post and it’s comments then you can import. Otherwise, you will have copy and paste the post and comments.
