Can I put categories and posts within a menu page?

    Ok let me explain what I mean in a more concise way.
    I would like to have few things on the Menu line (whatever you call it “page or categories”) and within them one-three sub (pages or categories), and ones you click on them you will see all the posts associated with them.
    How do I accomplish this?

    So lets say:

    Menu:
    Home Green Red

    Green:
    Green Apple:
    Post1
    Post2
    Post 3 and so on
    Cabbage:
    Post1
    Post2
    Post 3 and so on
    Lettuce:
    Post1
    Post2
    Post 3 and so on

    Red:
    Red Apple:
    Post1
    Post2
    Post 3 and so on
    Red Flags:
    Post1
    Post2
    Post 3 and so on
    Red Fruits:
    Post1
    Post2
    Post 3 and so on

    Hopefully you get the idea, is this doable?
