Cancel and refund a domain purchase. Contact Support NOT WORKING
Hello, I need to cancel a domain purchase I just did and the Contact Support link is not working and this needs to be done urgently as there is little margin for this cancellation to be done (2 days).
The blog I need help with is thumbsideup.wordpress.com.
You can request the refund from your dashboard. I will also flag this thread for Staff attention.
The domain purchase “Cancel and Refund” button is not available from my dashboard and the Support contact form is not working.

I am in the same boat. Disappointed that I can’t get through. I have tried leaving a note at the email address firstname.lastname@example.org, but fear no one is there. Not leaving a good taste in my vegan mouth.
Please don’t worry about this. Your refund will take place when Staff can get to it.
I am very happy to say that my issue was addressed quickly and efficiently. A while after the thread was marked for staff, I was told to contact email@example.com; so I did.
A very friendly representative told me that my issue was being taken care of, but that there was no guarantee that the domain name would be available after it was released (which is understandable). So now all I have to wait is for the refund to show up on my bank! :)
So for this I say thanks to the very kind and diligent staff at WordPress!

Hi! I also need to cancel a domain purchase. When I saw the contact support page was down I finally found this forum after searching for a while! I contacted support via e-mail this morning and I have not heard anything back from them yet. My first day is almost officially up…what should I do if I do not hear from them by my 2 day limit to cancel? Will I still be ok since I contacted them before it expired?? The domain I need to cancel is: strahmautomation.com

Please read the entry directly above your own and do not fret about this. As you have have contacted Staff by email they will reply to you by email as soon as they can.
