Cancel and refund my domain

  1. I cancelled my domain within the 48 hr cancellation period eligible for a full refund. However, my domain still says 'Active' and I haven't heard anything more about whether it is getting cancelled or not. I understand this can take time but I do wish to receive a refund as soon as possible. The money has been issued to WordPress now but I do not see an immediate refund.

    Could I get a confirmation that this will be sorted out?

  2. You can request a refund yourself directly from the Store > My Upgrades section of your Dashboard. Have you done that?

  3. Your request was received by our upgrades department and they'll reply as soon as they can.

  4. @timethief Yes I've requested the refund as you suggest, I just never heard anything more about it.
