  2. What is it that you want to cancel please? Did you purchase upgrades?

  3. If you did purchase upgrades then note provides a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. You can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

    if what you want to do is delete a blog then provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog you can delete it by using these instructions.
    Please note that deleted blog URLs are not recycled.
    You can make the blog private and use it as a test blog and backup blog.
    You can hide it from dashboard display as well.
