"Cancel" button on My Upgrades cannot be found.

  1. I just purchased the "Custom Design" upgrade. I realized that I have no experience/know-how whatsoever in this, and would like to have a refund, could someone please assist?

  2. You should be able to request a refund yourself directly from the Store -> My Upgrades section of your Dashboard. See here please > I'll flag this thread for Staff assistance.

    Cheers for the reply, but that was how I ended up posting on this page. I wanted to contact support but had to answer the two questions which finally led me to the third one, hence I am here now.

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience, and I'll be happy to help with that.

    You've come across a known issue, which occurs when an upgrade is transferred couple times between blogs. The "Cancel and Refund" link should appear, but in cases like this, it doesn't right now.

    Can you reply to this forum thread and confirm that you'd like me to refund the Custom Design upgrade?
