    i was charged and wanted to cancel this domain

    re: Canceling upgrades
    Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.

    You have to be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there.

    1. What is the domain URL?
    2. What is the underlying URL?
    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
    4. When was the upgrade purchased?
    5. When did the refund request and upgrade cancellation, or the domain expiration take place?

    There are no charges for that amount. If you want reassurance that the charge was not taken from this account, please have a look at your Billing History:

    You mentioned you have a Bluehost account. I would recommend speaking to them about the charge; if the charge came from them they will be able to tell you what it was for.
