Canceling and Refund over the holiday break

  4. @starbucksmark: Correction... I read too quickly. If you contacted staff already, then verify your spam filter in your email just in case their response is there.

  5. Thread is being closed upon request and for the sole purpose staff can now be contacted again for this kind of matter...
