Writing this hear because the contact support option is down through 10/29/11. I recently tried to purchase a dedicated domain. It appears not to have worked, but my card appears to have been charged. Regardless, I’d simply like to cancel it. The store section of the dashboard is not showing me an option to cancel and refund, however, and there seems to be no other way to contact support. Hope this can count as a request within 48 hours, and that this can be flagged for staff attention.
