canceling wordpress.

  1. After much time trying to have my problem solved no one help me... I will be canceling my wordpress account and moving on to a different blogging medium. I've tried to get answers but no one has helped me.

  2. No kidding. I can't find an answer to my issue either. Is there some sort of customer service phone number? Otherwise I wanna cancel as well.

As you can see from your OTHER thread, volunteers like TT can help and do help, but you specifically asked for someone else. This is going to slow you down.

    I've tried exporting my blog several times and this message keeps appearing. I don't know how to solve the problem.

    error on line 48 at column 32: Namespace prefix atom on link is not defined
    error on line 49 at column 21: Namespace prefix atom on link is not defined

  5. I'm afraid I can't help you with that, but even if your domain expires the content will still be there, just under the URL instead.

  6. I need help.... I'm so frustrated. I've been working on this for over a week. How do I fix my problem. NO one is helping me or giving me tools to help myself.

  7. This thread has been flagged for staff attention. Possibly someone with export experience will show up and help you with the export in the meantime, if you add "export" to the tags in the right-hand side of the page. You might want to click on that tag as well, and see if anyone else has had a similar problem and found a solution.

  8. It's been too long. I will now be moving to another blogging medium. Thank you for trying to help. I;ve searched for similar situations and everyone else had a staff technicians respond back with the export filed emailed to their account. I think I'm going to move on.
