    I am trying to cancel my WordPress account that I just purchased, but I received a note indicating there was a problem with cancellation. It is for both the domain name and the one year fee. I need a person to talk to.

    Hi there! Your Premium plan and domain have been cancelled and refunded already. It normally takes around a week for a refund to appear on your bank statement.
