Cancellation of domain name

    I wish to cancel my domain name. The “cancel” option is not available for me under “My Upgrades”. Can you please help?


    The blog I need help with is



    You must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    I am logged in as administrator (wp-admin shows in the URL) and I’m not seeing anything in the “My Upgrades” section about canceling the domain.

    My domain was automatically renewed a few days ago and I just got around to fixing this now. Is it possible to receive a refund for this?



    1. Please confirm the URLs ie. both the URL of the domain and the underlying blog URL.

    2. Please confirm exactly which username account registered the blog and exactly which username account purchased the domain mapping upgrade for it.
