    Howdy,

I am trying to cancel my domain name and have over the last three days sent two seperate forms to support requesting a cancellation.

I haven’t received a response and I need to cancel the domain name ASAP.

    Any suggestions?

Are you referring to ashleygolsby.com ? Canceling a domain means you completely give up ownership of the domain and can take up to 35 days before it will become available to register somewhere. If you would like to completely cancel your ownership of the domain name, please reply to confirm.

We are only able to offer a refund if we receive notification within 48 hours of the purchase. For full details, please see:
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/cancel-domain/

If you would like to transfer the domain to another registrar, you can use these steps:

If you really mean what you say, you’d need to contact your domain registrar, in your case that is NetRegistry . . .

    Domain Name: whitebox.net.au
    Last Modified: 11-May-2011 12:01:24 UTC
    Registrar ID: NetRegistry
    Registrar Name: NetRegistry

On the other hand, if you mean you want to delete your blog, you can do that yourself. See this earlier forum entry:

The domain has been canceled as requested. I moved the existing photoideation.com domain mapping to your bundle which means that you get a $13 refund :)

    Cheers.
