I want to cancel my domain subscription i bought today but the support is closed for the holidays. i’m worried about not recieving my refund. is there anything that can be done?

The blog I need help with is

You still need to contact support – best to contact through your dashboard but if there is a problem then:

That will preserve your refund window – also the staff does check for things like refund requests – they have a skeleton staff – with 15,000,000 or so blogs and sites for some of the largest companies in the world hosted they simply can’t just close the doors with nobody around – I will also mark this Post as attention staff – but you still need to make the official request for the refund.

That link does not produce a support ticket form and won’t until January 3rd, 2011. this is what I find in support documentation:

We want you to love everything you do at, so we provide a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations and Domain Renewals. You can request the refund yourself directly from your Dashboard.

I’m pretty sure as long as they posted here before the short refund time interval was up for domains/domain mapping that staff will honor the refund request since they are not in the office and the normal support communication paths are off right now.

I have canceled and refunded your domain as requested.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance!
