Cannot access .com blog domain

  1. When I sign in as an administrator to the same blog I have been using for over a year and I use all the same sign in information I always have it tells me that I only have access to the domain and not the domain I am actually paying for and posting to. The My Upgrades page shows the registered domain, but I cannot renew it. The My Blogs page only shows the free domain.
    I contacted support 5 months ago to get this resolved and now it is even worse. Now even my old password will not access the account that the paid domain was attached to. I have made both emails admins but to no avail. The one that apparently still owns the .com blog is [email redacted], but it was supposed to be changed to [email redacted]. This has been endlessly frustrating because all I did at the start was to try to change (read: update) the email address connected to the blog. Ever since then WordPress has inextricably knotted up my dashboard.
    As I stated 5 months ago All I want is to have my old .com blog attached to my new address so I can continue to pay for it and use it without having WordPress mixing up two email addresses.

  3. PS When I am signed in the "My Blogs" page only shows the blog , but the "My Upgrades" page shows the .com blog as my primary one. WTH!!!

    The whole problem is that since I last tried to fix the problem according to the instructions given I can no longer access the original account that owns the .com blog. I am locked out! So frustrating that one simple change of account address caused all of this. Not sure why this has to be so complicated. 8(

  6. Finally got signed in to the old account and now it isn't even attached to the .com blog. The "My Blogs" page still only shows the blog.

    If you would like, I can transfer the domain upgrade to your digitalrevelationsphoto user account. Just post here (using the keruili account) to confirm.

    Yes I would like everything to be under the digitalrevelationsphoto user account. This was my original intent when I changed the address attached to my account and blog, for some reason I ended up with two accounts instead.

  10. Thanks, it all seems to be working better now. Last question: If I delete the [email redacted] user will I lose all the post from that address? I just want to clean it all up. A little OCD I guess, but it is like a scratch on my glasses, I can still see but I always know it's there.

    While I can see how it would annoy you, I would encourage you to leave the account intact to avoid any risk of losing anything.
