Cannot Access Site

    I can't seem to access my website. I get the following message. Please help!

    This webpage is not available

    Google Chrome could not load the webpage because took too long to respond. The website may be down, or you may be experiencing issues with your Internet connection.
    Check your Internet connection
    Check any cables and reboot any routers, modems, or other network devices you may be using.
    Allow Chrome to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings.
    If it is already listed as a program allowed to access the network, try removing it from the list and adding it again.
    If you use a proxy server...
    Check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server: Go to the Chrome menu > Settings > Show advanced settings... > Change proxy settings... > LAN Settings and deselect "Use a proxy server for your LAN".

  2. I have the same ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT problem when trying to access my blog
    I only have the issue when connected to the internet through my home broadband - Sky

    If I tether to my phone, I can access the site with no problems.

    @dsmyth55 - same here... i can access the site just fine from my phone. but can't seem to access from PC. I just restarted my broadband and and PC but got the same message!

  4. I've also stopped and started everything and tried both Chrome and Firefox.
    Are you a Sky user too?

  5. Nope - BT user. I tried different browsers as well. Seriously going nuts here!

  6. I had intermittent problems like this about 18 months ago with TalkTalk. After a few months it went back to normal. Let's hope this gets sorted faster than that. I'm off to bed and hoping it works in the morning!
