Cannot access visual editor, tried all online advice

  1. When I go to my blog dashboard on ANY browser, even after restarting my computer, clearing my windows, etc. The visual editor is not accessible. I can see it, but when I click on it, it does not respond. This is the first time this has ever happened. I read a lot of forums on the site trying to find out how to fix it.

    I went to Users, personal settings, and the box for 'disable visual editor' was not checked. I tried checking it, saving settings, then unchecking it and saving those settings, but the visual editor still did not work.

    I am at my wits end! I have my new blog post and could painstakingly do it through html but I am hoping there is some solution. Seems like such a silly problem.
