Cannot complete checkout

  1. Losing business because when trying to checkout, the page just reloads and goes nowhere. It was working a few days ago and suddenly stopped.

  2. That site is no hosted by WordPress.COM. You pay godaddy to host it.

    This is the WordPress.COM support forum. You cannot purchase any upgrade here that does not apply to a WordPress.COM blog.

    You need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site at because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM. and are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums.

    If you don't have a username account at WordPress.ORG click and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

    You must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade for it to access the blog's dashboard and > Store > My Upgrades

    The site is a self-hosted WordPress site, using the free software from (That's different from sites hosted here at You'll see that site when you log in to your account because it's linked to with Jetpack.

    The support staff here at can help with any trouble you're having with the Jetpack plugin, but we don't have the tools and access to help with other issues on self-hosted sites. I'd recommend posting in the forums for more help with the rest of your site.
