Cannot set the parent for a page

  Hello,
  1) It is not possible to choose the following parent:
  ‘Cântările Harului – vol.2’

  for the following page
  

  2) In the drop down list, the items are repeating 5-6 times, but ‘Cântările Harului – vol.2’ is missing as a sub-parent.
