Can't access my admin – redirect error message

Last week I purchased a theme (standard theme) for my self-hosted blog site and after installation I can no longer access my admin page. The redirect error message pops-up. Very frustrating and lots of hard work inaccessible and my site looks funny because I can’t manage it. Advice?
