can't change account email

    I’ve gone through the process of changing my account email form X to Y and have responded to both messages in the inboxes to confirm the changes. In my account settings it now says there is a pending change of email from X to Y but has not in fact not changed it yet. There are no additional emails in and folders including spam in either account and there is no account with email Y. How can I finalise the email change?

    I have a similar problem. I changed e-mail today from X to Y. E-mail received with click link to confirm the change, but before then I changed the name of the blog from to Now the e-mail link doesn’t work (trying to find non-existent thipproperty page). My fault for not realising this would likely happen. Now do I get it fixed?

    Hi mebp198 & thepropertybkk, I looked into both of your accounts but it doesn’t appear to be quite the same issue for both of you.

    I’ve responded to both of you individually via opening a support ticket in order to maintain the privacy of your email addresses.
