Can't change appearance

  I’ve got a wordpress blog.

  I want to change the theme, and on the my WordPress blog i click on change appearance but it gives me this error:

  Whoops!
  There was a small systems error. Please try refreshing the page and if the error is still there drop us a note and let us know.

  Help!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes its fine now. My user profile was assigned as an Editor rather than an administrator
