Can't change email address in account details

    When I try to change my email address (under Account Details, in Personal Settings) I get a message saying that email is already being used. Both addresses are in gmail and I need to change my contact email from my personal email address to the one I have specifically for the blog I’m managing. I would really appreciate some help with this as all the contact forms for the blog send things straight to my personal email and it’s getting really annoying.
