Can't change "Home" page, not appearing in Dash.

About two days ago my home page randomly added a second button called ‘#3 Untitled’ to the main menu. I tried my best to go to menu’s, along with settings and readings to make a new static page, but it still displays two buttons as “Home” even if I make a new one, or set another page as default. If I try to make the page ‘private’ then my site becomes source code or gets a 404 error when you type it in. I’m not exactly sure what or how this happened, but does anyone have any tips or ideas? I’ve tried everything I can think of.

When I go to ‘pages’ in the dashboard, I only get one ‘Home’ showing, the second link I can’t find.

The blog I need help with is

There is only one dynamic page in a blog for posts (not pages) and we cannot post to more than that one page. The front page of the blog by default will display your posts (not pages) in reverse chronological order, with the most recently published post on top. You cannot “edit” the front page. You either leave it as the front page of the blog or you create a static front page.

To deal with your 2 home pages issue create a custom menu and include your own Home page and any other pages and items you want in the menu, save the menu, and then from the “primary location” pulldown in the theme location module at upper left on the menu page, select your custom menu name and then click save.

Alright, so that solved my menu problem, but I have my post page (that displays the post) titled “NEWS” and it did not show up as an option when I created my menu, so now it no longer appears after saving.. basically now the viewers can’t read any blog postings. Is there a way to include that?

Thanks so much for your help by the way.
