Can't create new blog as either new or current user
I’m using the free WordPress hosted solution and I can’t create a new free blog. It just gives me a page as if I’m not connected to the Internet. I’ve tried it as a brand new blog and also as a sub blog of my main blog, and I’ve also tried IE, Firefox and Chrome and I get the same issue each time. Anybody having the same problem? I’ve had this issue for three days now (started 17th July 2013).
The blog I need help with is mediaorb.wordpress.com.
I am having exactly the same problem – can anyone help please?
What ISP do you use? I’m starting to think it may be related to that. I’m with Primus Saver.

It sounds like this is another example of strange things happening based on issues with certain ISPs. We do not have an exhaustive list of ISPs yet and are trying to figure out what to recommend to our users right now.

I spent 30 mins on the phone to my ISP Talk Talk earlier and was told that we are about to be “upgraded”, which is due to happen on the 25th – is this behind it?
The sites were working better this afternoon though.
