Can't Edit DNS settings
I purchased my domain http://iammilanrouge.com through wordpress. I am trying to change my DNS Settings but in my domain dashboard, under DNS manager it says “Domain is not active”. Also under tools when I click Domain Manager the screen reads “No Domains in List” Can anybody help? I am trying to point my domain to my new site.
The blog I need help with is iammilanrouge.com.

Just cleared my browser cache. Now under DNS Manager it says “Not Hosted Here”
Are you logged in as the account that bought the original upgrade?
Yes. I never changed my account
I need help to Edit my DNS settings to point my domain toward my new website. When I open manage DNS the domain is not listed. Can anybody help or direct me to who I need to speak to?
What ID number are you entering to access the DNS manager?
(Just the ID number, not the password.)
my instructions from my new host are to edit the DNS settings to point to their IP. I have no idea how to change using nameservers. These are the instructions I am given from weebly.com.
(((Hello, I have purchased my domain iammilanrouge.com from you. I have built my website on Weebly.com. I need you to point my domain to the following IP: 184.108.40.206
This is done by changing my domain’s A-Records. I am not requesting that you transfer my domain, redirect my domain, or change my name servers. I want to remain with you as my domain registrar. For more detailed information, please see http://kb.weebly.com/domain-registrar.html.)))
Oh, unfortunately Weebly does not offer name servers (which is super-simple and industry-standard).
We currently do not have a way to change A records on domain registered here, so at this point I recommend transferring your domain to a registrar who does: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/
