hi, i was managing a website and a web domain was purchased for it (www.uoftessu.com) and we were using wordpress bc we needed something easy to fix up the site with. recently, we cancelled the domain because we were no longer able to pay for it, but im just wondering how i can still access the dashboard and the website itself on wordpress? thanks
A couple questions:
Was this site set up through WordPress.com or was it on another host (like GoDaddy or BlueHost) with WordPress.org software?
If it was through WordPress.com, did you ever have it on a free WordPress domain (like uoftessu.wordpress.com) and then link to the new domain?
The domain name is the address where your site is located, without that there’s not a way to get there.
uoftessu.com – Looks like it was a WordPress.ORG install from what I found on Google Cache – there also does not appear to be any domain mapping for the name either – maybe your old host has a backup you can get from them
