I have a problem with my login.
First of all, it does not concern this account. My original account I use is xellery. I use this one because you cannot post on the forum or contact support without logging in. And as I can NOT login, I can't use the support forums for the other account. (A bit stupid if you ask me.)
Anyway, on the other account the two-step authentication is activated. Therefore, when I login, I am asked to enter a verification code. As I didn't know I had to keep the Goodle Authenticiation app on my phone, I deleted it after the generation of the first code.
Now as I deleted the app, it can't generate a code for me to login.
What can I do now? Can any admin from the support deactivate two-step authentication for my other account? Otherwise I won't be able to login anymore.
