Can't move blog from to .org - file too large?

  1. I decided to move my blog from to, and last night signed up with Bluehost (because of their supposed superior WordPress support). So following the directions to move my blog, I went to my dashboard and exported my blog file, the xml file. Then I logged into my dashboard to import the xml file, but I was given an error telling me the file was too large (my file is 2.5 MB and wordpress says the max is 2 MB). Besides the fact that I don't know why my xml file is so large (it's from April 2005 - present, but I know people who have been blogging much longer and were able to move theirs), I don't know what to do now.

    I emailed Bluehost asking them if this was a hosting issue with them, and they replied that I needed to upload a .sql file through their control panel. Which leaves me with a new problem:

    How to I export my file as a .sql file? I don't get to choose an option, it just automatically exports as .xml.
