Can't recover account

  1. Aside from this account I just made, I had a previous. I have tried to recover through every email, username possible that I would use with every possible password combination and still no luck. I also can't find a phone number for customer service. Is there any way to recover my account ?

    There is no phone support. You failed to provide a URL for the blog in question. There is only one account recovery process.

    My guess is you own the blog perhaps under a different username account and have to recover it.

    You must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog.

    If you have lost your log-in information you can visit
    and if required click the "Need More Help" link and complete the form for account recovery.

    RATS! My app is broken as you can see. Summary: Unless you know for sure that Staff help is required leave the threads for regular Volunteers to answer please.

I see where you're coming from, @timethief, and I respect that you're trying to keep a certain type of order, but just so you understand my rationale here: in this case he stated that he had tried every login available to him, and I've seen other threads where volunteers and Staff handled similar situations this way. It was not necessarily a shot in the dark. :)

  7. Thanks for your help, lettergrade. However, we cannot assist with account recovery in the forums. As timethief indicated, the best course of action here is to go to

    If the user needs further assistance they can click on "Need More Help" link which will put them in touch with our account recovery folks.
