Can't see header

  1. I added my own header but can't see it. I see the text but not the rest of the image. It's a .jpg file. It should show a night sky and a north star.

The blog I need help with is

  2. Headers are uploaded here > Appearance > Header
The Twenty Twelve theme description is here
Scroll down to "Quick Specs (all measurements in pixels)"

  3. I did all that.

  4. What is the URL of the blog please?

  5. Okay I see a blog with no blogger created content and no header image. I loaded my test blog with Twenty Twelve and uploaded a header image of the suggested size with no trouble at all. Suggested width is 960 pixels. Suggested height is 250 pixels.

  6. Maybe you have a browser related issue. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at please try upgrading or switching first.

Note: If you are using an IE9 browser in compatibility mode that makes it render as IE7 and IE7 is not supported. To disable see >

If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at please do these four things:

  7. You kind of lost me :)

  8. i try all browsers. i see the page, but not my header.

  9. Can you give us a link to the image you are trying to use? If you go to media > library in your dashboard the image should be there. Click on the file name of the image and in the box on the upper right, copy out the URL of the image and post it here.

  10. Ok, I fixed it. but is there away to put it above the menu?

  11. Is there away I can move the header above the menu and get rid of the text at the very top that says healing axis?

  12. I researched moving header above menu. People keep talking about themes. I don't think I'm using one.

You are using the Twenty Twelve theme. There is no doubt about that as you refer to You cannot do as your wish without purchasing an annually renewable custom design upgrade for the blog so you can do CSS editing.

  14. Are you saying I can edit CSS now or Have to purchase annually renewable custom design upgrade first. I know CSS.

  15. You cannot edit CSS without purchasing an annually renewable custom design upgrade.
