I’m feeling really dumb because I can’t figure this out – I would like to have buttons at the top of the page alongside the home and contact buttons that I can categorize and link the blog posts to the specific subject matter, i.e. parenting, books/reading, animals, interesting things… etc. Is there a way for me to do this?
The blog I need help with is undomesticgoddessdotblog.wordpress.com.

What you are looking for is called Category Pages that you added to your menu :-)
