How do I get this? I tried emailing WordPress support, but i’m not getting any response.

    Cheers,

    Enjoy Life.

The blog I need help with is enjoylifefoundation.com.

You can follow this guide and make the move yourself > moving a blog or you or you can pay for a guided transfer upgrade and Staff will do the move for you.
    export
    import
    export/import links
Themes cannot be exported and text widget content can’t be either so you can copy and paste the text widget content to move it.
    Domain Management > Update Nameservers
If you’ve registered your domain through WordPress.com and now want it to point to a blog or website hosted elsewhere then you can do this by updating the nameservers. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/#update-nameservers
    Setting up a self-hosted WordPress.org install

I tried emailing WordPress support, but i’m not getting any response.

When we create a support ticket by contacting Staff it’s important to understand they have a backlog. They deal with the support tickets with the earliest dates first. So if we contact them more than once of the same issue the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help.

I’m really sorry, i’m just a bit of a goof with this stuff. I found all this information on the web already and it just didn’t make sense to me.

I contacted the new host and the requested me to get a moving code from my current host. They’ll do the rest for me.. all I need is this code. But there seems to be no easy way of getting it.

    Why?

There is no such thing as a moving code. Perhaps this is what your host means. Domain Management > Update Nameservers

Well, I’m translating it from Dutch. It could be called differently in English .. I don’t really know. all I know is that I need to give the domain host a code which they can use to switch my account. And I know WordPress might not like me moving away from them… but I need this stuff in Dutch, because it’s already confusing enough. That’s why I’m moving. and I know that , by law, WordPress has to give this code to me.. So I can move my website.

Do you have any idea what kind of code that could be?

This isn’t about WordPress.com not giving you a code at all. They don’t care if you mobe your blog. People do that every day. We Volunteers cannot do this for you. You must act on this as only you have access to your account and Login using the Domain Manager Login instructions.

If what you want to do is change registrars then you must follow these instructions. We Volunteers cannot do this for you. You must take all the required steps. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/#transfer-to-another-registrar

O wait a minute.. I just heard that it’s called an EPP code. I want to get this from my website. How can I get in touch with Worpress to provide me this.. I understand volunteers can’t do it for me…

EPP code… or Authorization code.. This is what I need.

That means you must follow these instructions and transfer your domain to a new registrar > http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/#transfer-to-another-registrar
