    Trying to figure out how to change the menu color on the twenty eleven theme. Is it possible?

    The blog I need help with is

    There is not free way to do this. Provided you have CSS editing experience and are willing to pay for an annually renewable Custom Design Upgrade the answer is “yes”.

    I am also very interested in changing the menu bar color (black to white) on the twenty eleven theme. I’m not an experienced CSS user. I know it’s all relative, but wondering if this one change would be a very difficult change to make? I can see there are also some other good reasons to have the custom design upgrade (for fonts, etc.) so I’d be willing to pay for the custom design upgrade in order to change the navigation menu to a light . . . just don’t want to get into something that’s too complicated for me.

    If you change the menu bar to white, you will have to change the text to a different color as well. The colors below are just placeholders.

    #access {
    background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #CC0000;
    #access a {
    color: #EEEEEE;

    Aw! Yes of course . . . white text on white background = nothing. : ) Thanks so much for your help!

    You are welcome.
