There is no link you can click to reverse published post order on a free hosted WordPress.com blog.
Blogs are essentially a reverse chronological order publishing tool and you cannot change this order on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. Readers arrive to read our most recent posts. In the case of my blog that means they don't have to slog through over 890 posts to locate the most recent one.
You can falsify datestamps prior to publication to create a different post order.
You can use the display post shortcode. See here http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/display-posts-vs-archives?replies=2#post-1289363
For the option of creating a book-like structure see here> http://en.support.wordpress.com/write-a-book/ Perhaps that will work for you.
To create and use a single sticky post as an index page > http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-posts
