Changed Email Address/Multiple Emails

  1. I changed my email address, which was it's own hassle... Now it's finally emailing me when someone I'm following posts, but it's also still sending emails to my old email. How do I make that stop?

  2. You have two separate email address settings at

    Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.

    Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.

  3. I've done that. The only email address listed anywhere in my WordPress account is correct. Yet, it's still sending to my old one.

  5. Would you please both of the email addresses you're referring to? It's possible that they are both subscribed separately.

  6. It's emailing to [email redacted] (the correct address) and [email redacted] (the old address). And it's sending each address the exact same thing...

  7. Both email addresses have over a hundred subscriptions with some duplications between them. It looks like you may have separately subscribed with each at some point.

    As long as you unsubscribe from the undesired email address, it should be fine.

  8. How do I unsubscribe from one email address? How do I know which is subscribed where?

  9. At the bottom of the email, there will be either an Unsubscribe or Manager Subscriptions link which you can use.
