    Hi there,
Wondering if anyone can help me solve this mystery. I just changed the URL of my blog from aimeemariemedia.wordpress.com to randomrabbles.wordpress.com. Under the settings it said it was successful, but now when I click on “My Blogs” only the aimeemariemedia.wordpress.com site is there. I assumed it just hadn’t updated yet the blog to “randomrabbles” yet, but when I click on Dashboard underneath the listed blog it says that the site no longer exists and the author has taken it down.

I thought by changing the URL it would just change the URL of that particular blog, transfer it. But it seems as though my blog has now been deleted and the “randomrabbles” site doesn’t even exist on my wordpress account, but does when I load up the URL in my browser.

Have I transferred it wrong or something?

The blog I need help with is randomrabbles.wordpress.com.

The My Blogs data is cached and can take a couple of days to rectify. I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

    Hi there,

As timethief mentioned, it can take a little bit for a blog address change to fully take effect, and your blog might act a little funny in the meantime. However, I see your blog working just fine at the new address here: http://randomrabbles.wordpress.com/

If it still isn’t working for you, you may need to refresh your browser or clear your browser’s cache.

Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

Thanks for your help, you were both right, it just took a day to transfer it across, just had a panic moment thinking I lost it all! Thanks again for your help, much appreciated :)
