Changing column width without moving widgets to the bottom of the page

    Right now I don’t like the width of my website’s columns; they’re a bit too skinny for my tastes. I’d like to increase the column width somewhat, but when I do this the widgets are re-positioned to the very bottom of the page. Is there a way to increase column width without this happening?

    I know you are new here so even though I do not help with CSS editing I’m posting to say what follows. This upgrade comes with Staff support. There are many threads in the CSS Forum awaiting Staff support. Staff deal with the threads with the earliest dates first.


    I posted this six days ago. Where can I contact the Staff about this?


    To increase the width of the columns in the Ascetica theme, add the following to your Appearance → Custom Design → CSS editor:

    #page {
    	width: 1440px;

    Adjust the number as necessary.
