Changing the name of the "load more" button

    Hi there,

    Another question for my website (http://www.wildwildwaste.com)

    I would like to change the name of the "load more" button that appears at the bottom of my front page (which enables to load more posts).
    Currently the default name is "recharger" but I would like to change it.

    I don't seem to be able to find the right selector for that... Could you help me? Thank you very much!

    The blog I need help with is wildwildwaste.com.

  2. Hi there,

    I don't know if there is direct way to change the text. I believe the below code will help to change the text on the 'load more' button.

    #page #infinite-handle span button {
    visibility: collapse;
    }

    #page #infinite-handle span button:after {
    content:’Change Text';
    visibility: visible;
    display: block;
    margin-left: 0;
    font-size: 20px;
    margin-top: -18px;
    }

    You can alter the 'Change Text' by the text you want to add. Accordingly, you can alter the font-size of the text on the button.

    Let me know if this works for you!

  3. Hi there, we can use the following to change that text, but depending on the length of the word you wish to put there, we may have to make some additional adjustments. You can edit the content string between the quote marks as desired.

    #infinite-handle button {
      color: transparent !important;
    }
    #infinite-handle button:before {
      content: "Button";
      color: #fff;
      position: relative;
      left: 50px;
    }
  4. Hi!

    Thank you very much for your answers.

    The first option doesn't seem to work, not even in the preview area.

    The second option is working in the preview area, but not on the website itself...
    I don't know anything about CSS, so I no doubt missed something.
    I just copy/paste the CSS bit you gave me, changed the text in the content section, and the preview shows me the new text.

    But even after I saved and published, the button still has the previous name.

    I copied/pasted the CSS in the "additonal CSS panel" on my customizing board, maybe I had to put it somewhere else?

    Thanks again!

  5. May I add: when I save and publish, and then go back to the CSS panel, the code for the button text has disappeared...

  6. OK nevermind I used directly the CSS edition sheet (instead of the panel) and it seems to be working!

    Thank you so much for your help, you guys are awesome!

  7. Great, and you are welcome.
